Patient FAQs

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Appointments at our treatment providers may be available outside these hours — your treatment coordinator will confirm times when booking.

Parking availability varies by location. When we book your appointment, we'll provide full details including parking and access information for the specific site.

This will vary depending on the type of treatment required. Generally most appointments last between 30 minutes to 1 hour (with the exception of surgery).

This can be confirmed with the treatment provider at the time of booking.

UKS cover the cost directly with the treatment provider. If you are asked for payment when attending your appointment please provide UKS's details.

Your results will be sent back to the referrer for review. You can request a copy in writing if required.

Please hand this in to the treatment provider on the day of your appointment.

An appointment will be arranged as soon as possible. If you have not received an appointment within 7-10 days please contact us.
